G'day Mates

First off I'm sorry if these questions have already been asked.

I was wondering about the level of control in battle.
Will units be able to dis-engage, then re-engage easilly once
combat has started ?
{eg- A Group of Knights charge the enemy, dis-engage, reform,
and then charge into the enemy again.}

When you find yourself outclassed will it be possible to withdraw
back to the world view ?

In world view can you examine the enemy army/castles before
battle ?

Thanks,
See ya latter

1. Yes, units can engage, disengage and reangage as often as you want.
But be aware that with every lost soldier their morale slowly drains. When their morale is very low they might even flee from the battle...
2. Yes, you can withdraw whenever you want.
3. In Worldview you can see the kind of soldiers in an army immediately. That doesn't need any specific examination.
Let me explain this with a screenshot: *click (http://www.knights-of-honor.net//gfx/screenshots/scr_koh_0113.jpg)*
There you see two knights wich are surrounded by some dangerous looking fellows. Each of this fellows represents one squad. If a knight in WorldView has three archers with him, he has three squads of archers in his army. This way you can easily inform yourself about the strenght of an enemy army.

Examinating a town is as easy as it is with armies.
I'll show you some more screenshots:
Krakow (http://www.knights-of-honor.net//gfx/screenshots/scr_koh_0110.jpg), Anglia (http://www.knights-of-honor.net//gfx/screenshots/scr_koh_0109.jpg) and Thessalia (http://www.knights-of-honor.net//gfx/screenshots/scr_koh_0096.jpg).
As you can see, the towns are fortified differently. So with just one look at the town in WorldView you can exactly estimate it's strenght in a siege or assault.

I hope this answers your question ;) .

Thanks for the reply mate.
I just hope you can dis-engage easier than in Medieval:TW.
Kind regards,
