Intro omittin'... HOW TO...?

Hi guys!

I sreened the board quite carefully and ghave not found any topic about how to omit the game intros, of companies when you run the game...

It takes a while to watch whole of it... how to omit it, ESC and pause or enter do not work...

There are actually several ways.

First, pressing CTRL plus the left mouse button.
However, this only works after five seconds, so it still stinks cos it is still annoying.

As I didn't like that much, I have made an altered logos.pak which still displays the company logos, but much shorter. They just fade in and out, without all the ado.
That is the thing Dobber linked to.
However, the download link is obsolete, use
http://www.stud.tu-ilmenau.de/~anho-in/logos.zip
instead. Replace logos.pak by the one included in the zip.

It looks like someone made an even more minimalistic approach and removed the logos entirely. That's something i didn't want to do cos I thought it might piss BSS SF and EA off (besides, I don't have anything against company logos when they are in reasonable size and length).

That is the one I was looking for! Thanks Tempest! That is the one I used and it works great! I just couldn't remember where I ran across it and my search did not pick it up!

yes, and the last one is included also in some mods (As far as I know in my and Doux's mods)
