Maybe its answered somewhere else, but...
can we provoke a rebelion in enemy kingdoms?

Sweet!

I can see hay-fork swinging plebs rolling to MyLords castle for his noble head. But hold on - will the guard change sides?

cant imagine more fun than watching an enemy king getting kicked out of his castle because your spy started a little rebellion there...

I can. If the king's only child-daughter is your wife and he will die fighting against rebels and whole kingdom will celebrate you becoming new king;)

Hum it was quite rare, that a rebellion was successful in the history...I hope that the rebellions won't be uber powerful here, that wouldn't be realistic. :)

I don't think this rebelion seems to be succesful.

I think that rebellions shouldn't be dangerous in themselves, just annoying. But maybe they could get dangerous if they mean that some of your armies have to get pulled away from your marches, allowing an enemy to invade. That would be the most realistic way of doing it.
P.S @ devs: Do we get nobility rebellions, whenever your knights are unhappy? If we do, then those could be dangerous.

Actually this sounds interesting! This could be lot more dangerous, than some peasants with pitchforks. :D + there were some big "knight" rebellions in the history of Hungary as well.
Example the Voivod of Transylvania rebelled etc.
(Transylvania, before it developed into a Principality, was governed by Hungarian royal clerks, vajda-s [voivods]).
Yes, I love this knight rebellion idea...

I agree that knight rebelion- even if it's not only one knight- would be dangerous :)
