living picture

In the living picture of Tuscany there is a waterfall.Does this waterfall not empty into a river or lake?Would have looked much more natural had the devs put a river running down to the coast.I think that this is a blemish on an otherwise very nice looking game.:(

that's not the only waterfall in the game. There are some with a lake and/or river which to go the ocean.
