when you want to order one of your spies to instigate a revolt how can you tell how likely you are to succed?does it have anything to do with the numbers because at the moment it says 35/25.is this good?

the first number indicates the chance to succeed, the second the chance of your spy being captured I think.

The chance to get captured is rather low so it's worth a try :wink:
