Hello Krumbz,

here (http://www.knights-of-honor.net/english/downloads/readme.txt) you find a readme file with all the changes of the first patch.

For the download go to www.knights-of-honor.de, choose your language and then on the main page you should find a link with many possible sites to download the patch. I would use the Sunflowers-source, there I'm sure that it's still working.
