Patch Download Question for U.S.

I live in the US and downloaded KoH from Gamersgate. I go to download the patch and there is no option to download it. Its says I have version 1.03. Do I already have the patch that was just released? I am confused because I bought the game just a month ago. How can I already have a patch that was released today?

North American KoH games are already patched to 1.03. You should try to download 1.05.
