Just got here via Bluesnews.com (hadnt heard alot about the game before) and am utterly bowled over by the music on the site! Its incredible!
Is this music from the game? Will it come on a separate audio CD with the game?

The creator of this music is "Glorian" - and yes, we all admire him for that.
Yes, it's the game-music, but we don't know yet if we'll have a seperate music-CD to listen to the music on usual cd-players.

Glorian is the composer and artist. He's an employee at Black Sea Studio in Bulgaria. So no, it isn't really medieval music.
