Fertile soil

:confused: Is there a way to get fertile soil besides conquring a province that already has it.

It gets real annoying :bash: when I can't make calvary because they require fertile soil.

I just wanted to know if there is a building or way to get fertile soil. Thanks :go:

No, fertile soil is a ressource like every other. You have to conquer one of these provinces or to trade with a country which owns such a province to get your horses...

You need a pasture for horses, cattle and sheep. Fertile soil creates Hemp field and Apiary.

In the begining of the game if you play with a weaker kingdow, it is allways better to import horses (trade), than go on a war . I allways use this technique.
