Can archers run out of arrows or will they have unlimited nomber of it?

At the moment they can run out of arrows. I'm not sure regarding the total number of arrows they have but at least I know that they are not unlimited :D

What kind of arrowsare in the game? Well i am gessing normal one but what about having poison arrows or lightin the arrow on fire to burn buildings.

It would be awsome and pretty realistic to have Carriers, Carts Ect. To resupply Archers and Ranged Siege Weapons. And maybe also heal basic units who are with in range. Thats only when theres no action going on by. Cause some games like Warriors Kings make it were men and healed and archers are replenished during close combat action. Hand to hand combat Ect.

That would be cool from a realistic point of view.
