Titles?

There was a question few months ago about the titles in different regions. This time I have another question regarding titles. I am wondering will all independant countries going be Kingdoms or every "kingdom" will have the historically correct title. For example Lithuania which was never a kingdom but a Grand Duchy or Barcelona and Toulouse who were counts although these two latter were powerful as kings(count-kings).

So what about titles?

king of byzantia? never heard of. emperor would ift better, imho.

Yeah, since the roman empire being divided in two, the byzantines had emperors too.
