Like if your neighbour country needs troops could you make a deal and hire 1 of your armies for gold ?????. I know there is mercinares but if they need a huge amount of soldiers (mercinares arent enough) wich they dont have could you hire out a army or maybe you can hire an army from 1 of your neighbour countrys .

No, troops can not be traded.
However, he can ask you to assist him with your troops.
