Before my old king dies, I want his son to lead the country.
How can i do this?

It happens automatically. If you have more than one son - you can choose who to inherit the throne. Just beware - the oldest sons won't be happy if their little brother takes over :)

And how can I have more children - I'm stuck with only one son (in the demo with Scotland)!

You can't. There is no artificial insemination in the medieval era :silly: .

Lol... marrying a prince off early worked perfectly for me with Scottland.... he had 2 sons and 3 daughters before he died... all married to the major houses of Europe :-)

But well... in the demo that didn't really help me much since the Demo ended after his death....

My scottisch king is weird, one game he didn't have any sons or daughters. Another game he had 6 childern in like one minute = :silly:

The characteristics(just as many other parameters) are generated each game differently. This makes two games with same Kingdom very different. (Please, don't tell me this is not historical, please. The games are supposed to be fun before all other)
