Ideas about which of the advantages are most worth to aim for?

I am at peace currently, and quite powerful, so I decided that the next province I want to conquer will depend on what resources I need for the kingdom advantage...

Hmm, are you refering to demo?

For the demo; this is as far as I have discovered...

You cant achieve a KA, simply because the advanced structures for
manufacturing the required goods, are not available in the demo.
Sure, you can obtain the raw materials, like skins. But then you can't
built a Tanner, because this is an Advanced Structure.

But this is the demo after all :)

True about the demo. You can't achieve a Kingdom Advantage. But . . . strictly from demo gameplay, I am guessing Crop Rotation. Greater crop generation, faster troop replacement. And with only 4 requirements, pretty easy to get.
