Demo province limit???

What is the demo province limit? Can you have 6 or does the game end when you reach six? I can't remember what it is and I don't want to invest a lot in a game to have it end abrubtly. Thanks.

I think it's as many as there are on the map. But it's more of a question of how long you can endure playing the game since there is no save in the demo. :cheers:

But honestly I don't know. The most I've conquered was 5.

Seven, in the English demo. In my Scots campaign it stopped after I ruled the two scottish provinces, all of Ireland, York, and Mercia.

Wait I don't get it. So on top of the 2 you start with you can conquer 5 more, but as soon as your conquer your 5th province it ends? What if you conquered a province but then lost it, does that count as 1 conquered province? Thanks.
