I normally fought every tactical battle in my games. But it's impossible here.
It passes too much time in the real world. So I have to fight tactical battles nomore.

When starting a game you can choose the "Normal" difficulty setting and then enable "Pause during battle". That will solve your problem.

But I have a question. Which difference passes from "normal" and hard setting?
I usually use to play the hard setting. It's a hard world out of there.
