you need to upgrade to admirality (consult the tech tree on the backside of your map from the kohbox)
there is an anchor (greyed out). click it, there you can buy for 5000gold one exotic resource for your kingdom

thx, i already got admirality in a lot of towns.
but i cant find the: anchor (greyed out).
where is that?
on dock (w admirality)? i have grey arrow, to upgrade it to cost guard)
