Will there be a way to play the single player world mode in multiplayer?

Will there be a way to play the "play on europe" mode in multiplayer? If not this is a big letdown, it would be nice to play this game like Crusader Kings is played multiplayer wise. If someone could give me an answer it would be great. Thanks. :cool:

Nope.
No Multiplayer in World view.
Maybe in a patch or addon, but not now.
