Please allow pause during battles on HARD...

It should really be our choice. It takes away a lot of the fun to the game- especially since I control the battles much WORSE (apparently) than the AI does- having units damaged and destroyed when the AI controlling my generals doesn't...

It's also nice not to feel so rushed in a battle.

Seems like an arbitrary thing to force upon the players. :nono:

You can just command for a bit and then press Esc and "zoom out" you know?

Too bad I only remember about it after I totally screw up... I always get my marshal killed, and when I realize I just sent him to a fight it's obviously too late... :p

I think the game was made perfectly: Sometimes I'm in the mood for battling, sometimes I just want the politics settled peacefully while my marshalls are taking care of some "disturbings" :p

I like having the option too- that's whatI'm asking for.

personally i like the fact about not being at two places at once, but i'm with dearmad that developers should always give the option to the player instead of thinking they know best.
