Reuniting Kingdoms

Sorry if this has already been posted but I searched the forums for unite and reunite and found nothing that I needed.

Which countries can be reunited? I reunited Munster, Leinster and Ulster and made Ireland. And I also reunited the Highlands with whatever that province beside it is and made Scotland. I was wondering if anybody could tell me which other countries I can reunite... I was really hoping I could reunite Romania (I'm born there) is that possible?

England,Burgundy are also possible and i´m testing Spain at the moment
but now idea about romania ;(

You´ll get money (up to 10.000 gold), new coat of arms and colour

10.000 gold is pocketchange for me, and the new coat of arms isn't much of an pushing factor also..

Depends on how early ingame you can manage the process. I did it as soon as 3 armies were fully equipped and the 10000 were a boost to my purse. Only the change of colours went bad, from dark red to light yellow brrrrrr.

There are 2 different features
Reuniting (10000 gold, new coat of armes and Name) and
Restoring Glory (5000)

For reuniting you have to kill all other dynasties in the region (i.e.Navarra,Granada,Portugal and Aragon starting with Kastilia in the lateMA to reunite Spain)

For restoring glory you need several Provs (i.e.starting early with Burgundy and taking the provs in west, northwest and north)

Start with Normandy in the early age.
take all provs at the english isle and wipe out the dynasties of York, Wessex and Eastanglia

England is reuniting (at least as i did it :) ) and close to real history, even your starting duke of Normandy is called William

Up to now is saw 3 resoring glory contries, Germany, Russia and Burgundy

I have seen Bulgaria reunited by an AI Tyrnovo and Spain reunited by an AI Castille.

It seems any "local" nation can reunite the Kingdom (i.e. it's not just Dobruja for Bulgaria etc.)

I wonder if more ancient kingdoms, such as Lotharingia, can be reunited too.

You cannot reuinte Spain with Cordoba though. I guess there is a limitation on which countries can create what other countries.

Probably only catholic countries can reunite Spain. I wonder if you could do this with a minor country from another region, say Provence or Munster.
