Suggestion: Make Teutonic Order an actual order

Here's a suggestion for more historical realism - make Teutonic Order unmarriable - that way it won't be a hereditary monarchy, but have a new Grand Master appointed from among the knights upon the death of the old one, as in real life history. :)

nice suggestion, but it would disable one very important diplomatical action for those who want to play TO. And also "happines" thing is very important, I guess!
