How do you get exotic goods?

I've built admiralty on most of the towns in england and a good part of the towns in europe
still no exotic goods.

You´ll need 7 Towns with Admiralities and 5000 gold for any exotic good+ 100 gold running costs for each.
In the town menue of a city with admirality the usually grey anchor should be golden, klick it and you can choose the good you wanna import with that town.
