...for an editor to be released somewhere in the future? I am not asking for an editor to make new units and so but an editor where we could create our own scenrios and where we could rename provinces and capital cities and so on for our own pleaseure and better enjoyment of this wonderful game. :)

I don't think there needs to be one. The map is so big you can have everything. However the only plus for a editor is that you can choice what units can be made in a providince
