Can anyone tell me if, why, or how nostalgia is? It seems to permanently stay there. Every province i've conquered has had 10 nostalgia ever since i've conquered it. The nation that it belongs to was destroyed. But still it wont go down any. Can anyone explain this?

It goes down, but just no so fast as you want it.

Maybe i'm glitched then. Because I've conquered half of europe. And the first province i've captured is at 10 nostalgia. As is the rest. If it goes down. It must take the time to conquer europe for just one to go down. Or i'm just bugged.

Goes only down when you are with NO country in war.
Peace = sinking nostalgia

Oh. Ok. Thanks. Well There is my problem. I'm having to conquer most of europe to get a peace because they won't agree to it.

Make you cleric the govenor of the providence and he then can adopt the population and nostalgia will immediatly go to 0. It'll be a long process but it's worth not have rebels and loyalist to deal with.

Tribute? I dunno...Makes me feel like a wuss.
Btw. Does anyone know if a sequel/add-on is in the makes? This game is great fun, and seems pretty innovative. But could use more content and tweaking.

Sorry if insist, but... where do you see the value of nostalgia?!? I can't find it!

Its in the same area as rebellion risk. The one I think that is associated with wars.

Ivar:
Nostalgia -
1. select province
2. select % of happines (next to the building= wood)
3.On the end of the list is war (should say example: 12 in red)
4. Click on it and it will say nostalgia 10 in red

thet's the way, but you forgot that it costs you 1000 books...

but when you have several universities, church in every town and about 2 5lvl clerics it's no problem for you.

It's far better than conversion, it costs you no money, no piety and is succesfull immediately, whenever you try it :go: and also rebellion risk of different religion is only 5 and nostalgia is 10, what's much worse :)

I d both. I first adopt population and then convert. Have to have high lvl cleric for convertion. i have read that your cleric can even get killed in convertion process

Ya that just happened to mine. But by the time you recall your cleric back to your court your books should be at 1000 already.
