Town zoom cheat???

I remember the guys from BSS saying that there wus a cheat to zoom into your towns whenever you wanted since the option was removed from the game. I have looked all over and havnt found this cheat? Does it exist?

The developers have refused to release it as it causes instability and other issues and was part of features discarded for the final game. I wish they would release it. A cheat that causes instabilty is hardly going to cause people to abandon the game.
