Available for purchase in the USA?

I recently saw this review: http://pc.gamespy.com/pc/knights-of-honor/570741p1.html

by GameSpy and I liked the sound of the game so much that I am ready to purchase it. However, I'm not finding it for purchase in the USA. Is there a place I can purchase it that will accept USA $ online? :scratch: If so please provide a URL.

EA is the current distributor. but not for america. so it would be in the hands of SF to find a distributor for america.
