how can i heal my army using the healer skill? :confused:

You can't. Read the description of each skill by holding your mouse over the skill and waiting for the description box to pop up.

acording to the skill description: HEALER - the marshal becomes a healer and as a result your army is allowed to recover from some losses automatically
lvl 1 - army recover losses of 20%
lvl 2 - army recover losses of 40%
lvl 3 - army recover losses of 70%

I know its possible, but i dont know how to make them recover... might camping? :pleased:

Not anyhow its automatic AFAIK. After every battle, your squads recover 70% (at level 3) of their losses, providing that they are still alive. For example if you lead a battle and lose 1/20 units from a squad then once you exit battle view, you will have 70% of the troops recovered (do the damn math yourself, sorry).

To recover losses you can ONLY achieve this by refilling their ranks in a town.
