Calling a Crusade?

Sorry if this is an easy question and I'm merely being dense, but how do I call a Crusade?

One of my clerics was elected Pope, but when I click on him it only displays two options: Excommunicate a nation or Terminate Contact with the Pope.

I cannot seem to figure out how to actually call a Crusade against a heathen/excommunicated country. Can someone clue me in please? :)

Click on a Marshall. You will see a crusade button. However ,you have to be at war with the country in question...
