Special Units?

I was wondering about the different typs of these special unique units so what I was asking myself is: will every of the supposed 70 nations and provinces(let's call it that way) have thee special units or just the major ones?

I am mostly interested what would be the croatian special unit? Maybe croatian light cavlary which was considered the best in whole Europe and the world at some point. :cool:
