Can't enter my castle

As i was busy with the other parts of the map i let my knight siege a castle then i forgot him there. When i returned back to him he was out of food supply and still waiting out side of the castle. When i realize this, the castle was already being converted. When the convertion finished, i order my knight to go into castle. Although "deploy" announcement occurred he did not entered the castle. And still none of my marshall knight can do. I assigned a cleric to govern the town. he is still there but marshall can not enter.

Does anyone know the answer. I wrote it to support center but no answer yet.

I really have no idea what could be the reason. Even if there was a marshal in the cstle, he's leave when the other entered there :sctarch:
