Spy as a king

I once had a spy that became a king and i wanted him too hand over the crown but he refused!
Now how can i know the change that it will succes? Because the rating for and over the crow didnt show. And my spy was full with 5 stars.

hmm, maybe you have to have a good relation to him as a king.
