Kingdom Advantages...Where do I find Silk?

I am close to getting more kingdom advantages but I need Silk, Ivory and Gems....Where can I find those. I also have at least 2 provinces with Admirality...Please help!!

Click on the golden anchor in the town view where you have an amiralty and select silk.
