there are several threads about it, but I don't remember what is the way...

try laptop and gamespeed as key words

I posted how to do this somewhere. I have a laptop and usually you must use the little keypad that's built into the laptop's keyboard. If you hold the "function" key or the one that allows you to use letters that aren't regular or shift letters then press + or - in the middle of the keyboard. This should help.
