Squad experience (the three golden stars)???

Hello Knights!

I just wonder and if somebody knows, please explain, what bonus the “squad experience” (the three golden stars) is giving to the troops??? :scratch:
I can’t find any explanation in the game about this “squad experience”?
I mean in figures (for example: damage: 120+10 for one star / 120+20 for two stars / 120+50 for three stars, etc., etc.)

That's an excellent question. I've noticed that higher experience companies do last longer, kill more and seem to throw the enemy into panic sooner. I always give my marshals skills that enhance the experience of their troops, especially archery and swordsmen.
