upgrading troops

hi i started playing and i builded all my militairy buildings i can build swordsmen. and ihave builded the chainmill workshop and i can't build heavy swordsmen now how come what do i do wrong can anybody help me

Advanced troops need
a) the necessary buildings and
b) a province that can recruit the troops.
There is no point in building the required constructions for teutonic knights, when the province can't recruit teutonic knights anyways. That also goes for heavy swordsmen.

so there are different provinces wich can build strong and week typ of soldiers than?
