hi i got a siege workshop i need to upgrade my technical skills to build a catapult but where do i upgrade them to the next skill level?

can anyone help me

When your marshall gains experience, he can learn and increase various skills. One of those skills is the one you need (I think it was called siegecraft). If you want to "upgrade" it further, you first need to have a spare "experience point" and then you just click on this skill icon (now not where all the skills are, but where the aleady learnt ones are).
