Hi

I have noticed that in some moment morale of all my armies dropped (for one of my general from 14 to 9). Why?

Thanks

1. They were hungry (no food), which could cause for a morale drop of up to 7.
2. They were getting slaugthered (heavy losses -> morale drop)
3. They were outnumbered by the enemy
4. Your King/Prince died
There are many options. Also, flanking can cause morale drops, as well as running.

It was in strategic view. Nothing from these.
1.Food more then 50/100.
2.No losses (fresh troops).
3. Only 2 rebels against my 3 armies.
4. King and Prince live.

Did the enemy army have a leader with dread capability?

Afaik, the dread skill works only in battles.
Maybe they marched too long without a rest?

Or it was night?

As Xuca said, night gives a morale drop as well as marching on enemy territory or losing a kingdom advantage,or your King dying (with 3 stars for war). But a morale of 9 is still good (only 1 below the standard morale).

I made camp for my army and waited some time - nothing changed.

May be it was night.

And does the army have enough food? If the food vagon is 0/100 the morale drops, no matter if it is day night

Maybe you lost a battle. Or maybe you were Orthodox.

I already told that I have food for all armies.

Yes, I'm Orthodox (because in real life I'm Russian and Orthodox). Why Orthodox Army can have small morale?

yes, orthodox states that have church subordinated to Constantinople have morale penalty to all units.

To remove this penalty you need to declare your church independent. For this you need 5 star cleric and some piety and gold. It is done in kingdom piety window (double click at piety icon at right top corner of the screen)
If you declare independent church you automaticaly enter a war with Byzantia/Nicaea.
The patriarch is aging so you will need a second 5star cleric at the time when the patriarch dies. (his aging is a bit slower than king's)

PS: sorry I haven't red all previous posts...

But still Orthodoxy doesn't explain why the morale dropped suddenly, I think. The Orthodoxy morale penalty is for all time, not "now it's higher, but then it will suddenly get low". Strange... Unless, of course, if you had an independent church, but then lost it.
