Will a blacksmith of a fletcher have a rank of their specialization ?

for example if a blacksmith has a rank of "Master" he will be able to make weapon and armor that the lower rank wont be able to make...

I don't think so, but you can upgrade buildings. Maybe you are able to upgrade the blacksmith and it can produce more or faster. Maybe we can build more then one blacksmith. we will have to wait for a modev to anwser this.

i once did the suggestion that you should be able to upgrade your units for an advantage. like to make pikemans to heavy armored pikemans. but i cant say if the use my suggestion.
at the end its similar to your idea
