Is there a way to translate the game clock (f11 or f12 or something) into years?

No...

I make up my own time by taking the age of my kings.

I made a system according to kings' aging:

3 minutes = 1 year so 1 hour = 20 years.

This way the kings' rule last around 15-20 years what is the ideal length for medieval kings' rule

The game is based on 5 second ticks. I think of these as a month, so a minute would be 12 ticks = 12 months = 1 year.

Based on my observations, baby princes and princesses grow up 16-18 minutes after birth (16-18 years).

Now I suspend disbelief ... and my kings rule ~75 years on average, and my patriarchs for ~125 years. Some knights can live 300? 700? 900? years or more.

A game might take me 40-60 hours to play all the way through ... which would be 2,400-3,600 years.

that's why I based it on traslation of avarage kings' rule which is in my system 1 year=3 minutes.

the ticks/minutes do not correspond with medieval reality.
1) kids were "growing" much faster - they were in age for marriages around 12
2) average kings' rule couldn't be 75 years. Very few people got to age of 60, the kings who ruled over 40 years "ruled" mostly since their 3-5 years and lived long

it's really strange to see someone living for 125 years in post of patriarch. In my system the maximal age of patriarchs is 80 years (since I hired the cleric, not since he became patriarch)

Just curious about the comments you have made here: are you saying it's strange to see a Patriarch live for 125 game minutes? I can if you are referring to years in your method of calculating them, but not in terms of game years.

Your second sentence says your Patriarchs live for 80 Elvain-game years which is equal to 240 game minutes, and the 240 game minutes include the time spent as a Cleric ... correct?

Here is the data from my Epir AAR. The first column is the number of minutes from Birth until Patriarch. Second column is number of minutes as a Patriarch. Third column is total minutes alive. I did not track time from Cleric to Patriarch.

Bardas I: 0, 146 = 146
Isaias I: 82, 121 = 203
Leontios I: 48, 115 = 163

In Elvain time, the years would be (rounded to the nearest year):
Bardas I: 0, 47 = 47
Isaias I: 27, 40 = 67
Leontios I: 16, 38 = 54

So I can see your point about dividing by 3 being a better way to calculate the lifespan ... maybe I'll try your method the next time around.

Do you usually hire your clerics or only use the Royal family for recruits? I think my Epirots aren't producing enough sons, so my Clerics are being promoted to Patriach earlier than expected.
