Original games (usually) don't have cracks. And even in pirate space there is no crack for patch 1.3. So I guess you'll have to play with the CD inside...

Wether cracks are illegal or not is dependant on the laws of your country. As this forum-server is based in germany and cracks are illegal here I close this discussion.
