Wish there was a way to play the campaign multiplayer. It would be a fun session. I bet if someone could steal the source files it would be easy to hack.

it's hard to pick ONE.

but probably Bohemia is the most favourite as I play it most often (and also now)

from the vanilla ones it is then Armenia and Jerusalem

from those I created in HR mod I like Flandres (extremely hard) and Normans. Here I also like Holy Roman Empire much as it is very tough opponent

Normandy is pretty fun, I also like playing as Leon. But ya my favorite right now is Bohemia.

not Normandy. I meant Normans - state of south Italian Normans led by Robert Guiscard, those who established powerfll kingdom of Sicily.

I created this state in early period in south Italy and they can unite kingdom of Sicily...

Leon is fun, Castilia is fun in the early age before they are too big also. Patch or no patch, I still play this game all the time. Nothing compares for me. I hate 3-d stuff and I like how this game is sleak and doesn't take a bunch of memory to run it.

yea, that's why I'm afraid that KoH 2 will have worse graphics and technical requirements=3D

I stil think that games like this don't need 3D and 3D only harms them

Totally. Its so much more fun when you donta have to worry about memory and graphics requirements, and things look cooler too. I hate the 3D look.

there are not many of those :wink: Brandenburg? Bavaria? Mecklemburg? Switzerland? or do you mean also Italians? (Lombardy, Tuscany and Savoy in the late period)

I'll take Switzerland after the 2d patch...it has to be really difficult...and maybe i'll even write a new aar :eek:

But Switzerland is a real challenge, especially when I play the Mods from Laudan.
All the same in which phase of the Middle Ages you begin, you have always powerful realms at your boardes which reagrd you very sceptically.
And they declare war to you, as soon as you become aggressive, to a 2nd small kingdom.

that's why I like to play Flandres or Bohemia.

They are always between 3 main powers of the region (Holy Roman Empire, Poland and Hungary or HRE, France and England)
the only diference is the late periods where there are also smaller states around

Yes .,.Bohemia is well too.

But it contains two countries in it :sad: :wink:


However ... I 'm courious if the second patch really comes and what will be inside :smile:
