I was wondering about the status of computer controlled nations. How is their policy devised? Will this be controlled by the characteristics of the leader? :king:

For example; if England has a pacifist king will they have certain policies that will follow that course and then when another king arises who is militaristic will policies change, and will we know if the new leader is now bent on aggressive expansion?

Yes, there will be severl different personality layers and a king can have 1 up to 3 out of them.
