To deal with rebels you need to have strong Kingdom Power and to deal with the war exhaustion and nostalgy. By the way, did you know that you can click on a line in Happiness window to see details about it? For example, open the happiness window, find the "wars" line and click over it. You will see more information. War exhaustion causes the population to revolt. To disappear you need to grand your subjects few minutes total peace - i.e. time with no wars.

Oh... well my kingdom power is VERY strong , but im all out for war constantly wiping people out
i blame wessex it keeps asking for help and when i say no my kingdom power drops!!. I get things like The people in york are REVOLTING , and when you get the info its because there trying to reclaim there land for york. But york city everyone is happy with inns and good food

With rebels, it seems (and I could be wrong) that even with good happiness and strong kingdom power, there will always be some who will complain anyway. After all, being conqoured is a humiliating experience. But you can cut down the number of rebels by having high power and happiness. And eventualyl the rebels will disappear altogether as the population gets used to the new ruler.

I did that but the same damn areas are still rebelling EVEN with high happyness and MAX kingdom power its being annoying , ive been at peace for lots of turns now

You get different regions depending on the era you start , i started in the earliest era
with one provence :)

They also happen if you attempt to convert the population to different religions.

As for trade income, with full kingdom power and only two merchants, and all kingdom advantages, you will pull in $3,000 easily.

Thing is though i think the devs made too many revolts its getting boring
My main city is the most developed it can get to with many happy people
and it has been that way for ages since the birth of a new king.

Yet people revolt say once every 3 turns its GETTING BLOODY BORING!!

You get a text message asking if you want to accept this 'lesser' victory, or continue till you dominate Europe.

I opted to continue till I was elected the head of Europe in several games.

Getting the advantages isn't hard, once you understand that you need 7 admiralities and cities that have the right combination of goods (which is always randomized each game.)

Yep, upgrade of cities is important my maximum happines is + 30%...but I cant view religion convertion

Blooduk ... there are not that many rebels if you take care about the happiness in your towns. Prolonged wars are the worse thing to do. Sign peace with everyone and keep it for 10 minutes. The thigns will get better. To deal with loyalist rebellions you need to adopt the population - use cleric and many books ;)
