I voted for diplomacy. Out of the three options, I think it's the hardest for game makers to set up well. Over the years, we've seen a hundred games that are decent in the combat and espionage systems, but are lacking any convincing qualities, if it is an option at all, in diplomacy.
Of course, the greatest thing is having more than one or two options to complete the game. Variety is the spice of replay. ^_^

Number three is definately not my style. I will probably try out the diplomatic ways though, definately.

I guess I'll have a neat web of diplomatic relations with my allies. And as soon some nasty king doesn't want to play with me anymore I'll have him squashed and executed in the public :D .

I have a comet {i.e. adittude} on the 'Diplo-Espionage' angle. I look at them as being "one'&'the same" thing; just 2 sides of the same "Sword Blade". :cheers: With a gameful use of them one could controle the world and look as if they are a 'mimor' player. { :angry: :angel: } You can 'bend' all the others to your will while making every one think they need/want you as an ally. You can get every one to weeken themself to the point that you can walk in and take over and have every one 'asking' you to do so. So it can be a "Real Party". :bday:

I would have to agree on the Espionage angle. What better way to infiltrate, pilfer and plunder w/o the enemy knowing which way it came from! :D

All 3 sound good. BUT Cool Realistic, Braveheat Battle actions would be #1 factor for me to purchase koh~~ (+1 vote for BATTLE)

I think using espionage (so option 3) on some big kingdom in order to get them to declare war on a little kindgom I'mallied with (option 2 then) in roder so that I may go to war with them and kick their butts (option 1, thus) is MY STYLE of play!

I use diplomacy first, but as soon as i get a good army it's hard times with my enemies :D

but if diplomacy needs armys 2 . if you get new allied if the allied king dom asks you to help if it gets attackd if you dont send them troops your kingdom power will be will go down . that means your income of gold will be lower then before
